Welcome to Femorra (femorra.in). By accessing or purchasing from this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. About us. Femorra is an online retail store selling women's maternity & feeding wear, ethnic clothing and silver jewellery. Products are sourced from and dispatched by our verified supplier and warehouse partners; Femorra is a reseller and not the manufacturer, and product packaging may vary from images shown.

2. Products & pricing. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹ INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We make every effort to display products accurately; slight variation in colour or finish can occur due to screens and lighting. We reserve the right to modify prices, discontinue products, or refuse/cancel any order (with a full refund) in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability.

3. Payments. Femorra is a 100% prepaid store. Payments are collected securely through our payment gateway (Razorpay). We do not offer Cash on Delivery. Your order is confirmed only after successful payment.

4. Shipping & delivery. We deliver across India, typically within 4–5 business days of order confirmation, as detailed in our Shipping Policy.

5. Returns & refunds. Governed by our Refund & Return Policy, including the mandatory unboxing-video requirement for damage or wrong-item claims reported within 48 hours of delivery.

6. User conduct. You agree to provide accurate order and contact information and not to misuse this website, including fraudulent orders, false claims, or attempts to breach site security.

7. Intellectual property. All content on femorra.in belongs to Femorra or its partners and may not be copied without permission.

8. Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Femorra's liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect losses or courier delays beyond our control.

9. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of India and subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Maharashtra, India.
