Shipping Policy
Delivery coverage. We ship across India — all serviceable PIN codes.
Delivery time. Orders are typically delivered within 4–5 business days from order confirmation. Remote locations may take 1–2 additional days.
Order processing. Orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours of payment confirmation. Tracking details are sent to your email/phone as soon as your order ships.
Shipping charges. Free shipping on orders above ₹999. A nominal shipping fee may apply on smaller orders and is shown at checkout.
Payment mode. Femorra is a 100% prepaid store. We do not offer Cash on Delivery. All major methods are accepted — UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking and wallets — through our secure Razorpay gateway.
Order fulfilment. Products are sourced from and dispatched directly by our verified supplier and warehouse partners. Your order may occasionally arrive in separate parcels if it contains items from different partners; you will receive tracking for each.
Delays. Delays can rarely occur due to weather, courier disruptions or public holidays. If your order is significantly delayed, contact support@femorra.in and we'll chase it down for you.
Wrong address. Please double-check your address and phone number at checkout. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be subject to re-shipping charges.
